Your right to withdraw
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, no reason required. This period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you named) received the goods.
How to withdraw
Email contact@sosas.com with a clear statement that you're withdrawing — the model letter below is a good starting point. The model form is also available, though it's optional.
⚠️ Add your physical contact address here once available — EU Regulation 2023/2673 requires it so consumers can reach the trader by post, not only by email.
What happens after
We'll refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days of hearing from you — or of getting the goods back, whichever comes first.
Sending goods back
Post items back without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us you're withdrawing. Return shipping costs are yours to cover unless we've agreed otherwise.
